Position: HRBP/HR Generalist/HR Manager
Location: West Orange, NJ and client locations as needed Schedule:
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Thursday, 9 am - 5:30 pm; Friday, 9 am – 3:30 pm
Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 per year (DOE)
Travel: 50% (NY metro area)

Position Summary:  As an outsourced Human Resources Manager at Topaz HR, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR-DOL laws with company policies, drafting essential HR documents, and offering strategic advice to clients. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the hiring and onboarding processes, creating comprehensive onboarding plans, and providing valuable insights on compliance and practical aspects of the employee journey.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conducting regular assessments to align HR laws with current company policies and procedures and training.

· Drafting a variety of HR documents to meet client needs, job descriptions, offer letters, etc.

· Advising and supporting clients on best practices in hiring, compensation management, company culture, performance, terminations, benefits administration, disciplinary action, and leave management (FMLA, PFL, sick leave).

· Overseeing/guiding the hiring and onboarding process for client employees.

Requirements:

· Previous HR experience as a Generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager (minimum 4-5 years).

· Bilingual in English and Spanish.

· Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook).
