This is responsible work involving technical and complex administrative assignments in the City's Parks and Recreation department processing personnel transactions, maintaining related files and records, and performing various personnel functions. Work involves inputting, referencing, retrieving, and reporting personnel data using computer equipment; maintaining a broad variety of department records in compliance with applicable regulations, labor agreements and City policy; and providing various support services to Parks and Recreation Department supervisors and managers. The work also requires excellent computer, customer service and interpersonal skills; the ability to meet deadlines and goals using multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment; and the ability to competently assemble complex, detailed information to consistently achieve a professional and error free result.
Salary: $21.38 - $32.64 Hourly
