We are currently looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team! If you're ready to start your career in the skilled trades, work with experienced professionals, and learn in a hands-on environment, this is a great opportunity.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $20-$24/hour , based on experience and skill level

What You'll Do:
- Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues in residential settings
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
- Support customer service efforts through professional and courteous communication
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the HVAC trade
- Must have at least 1 year experience in the Construction industry (HVAC preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions (heights, crawl spaces, outdoors)
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
