HVAC Helper Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as an HVAC Helper . In this role, you will work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Help troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Complete tasks efficiently and accurately

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in HVAC or related field is preferred but not required

- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
