Requirements
- Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
- Mechanical aptitude for position.
- HS Diploma or GED preferred.
- Keen interest in learning the trade with ambition to learn, then develop other skillsets while gathering on the job experience that will be required to advance with the company.
- Clean, safe driving record.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Passionate about Waldrop and loves the brand.
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
- Strong desires to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today.
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a great attitude on life.
- Ability to lift, push and pull equipment regularly that weighs one hundred pounds occasionally and weighs fifty pounds regularly.
- Should have one to three years of HVAC install experience.
- Attendance in accordance with corporate policy.
