Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Learn & use MAHLE systems to work on Product Engineering tasks (Submitting VAMAS request, test set-up, analyze test data & generate reports to be reviewed & approved by team / management) Learn about HVAC module design from quality aspects, starting with Drawings (tolerance callouts), DFMEA, DRBFM etc., If opportunity arise, help with tasks in manufacturing plants, customer sites etc., (this task requires travel) Participate and run HVAC module level tests. Learn & use 1st order CFD Tool for HVAC module design optimization. Get involved in problem solving initiative with team members using tools (5 whys, fish bone, fault tree etc.,)
QUALIFICATIONS Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited university Major: Mechanical Engineering Class Standing: Sophomore or Junior Skills: CAD, CAE, Validation - Testing, Analysis & report creation Overall GPA must be a 3.0 or higher
