We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales/Service Manager to lead our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of proven experience in HVAC service management and sales leadership, with the ability to drive revenue, build client relationships, and ensure top-notch service delivery.
This role requires a balance of strategic sales growth and hands-on operational oversight—perfect for a leader who thrives in both customer-facing and team-building responsibilities.
80-100K plus bonus’
8-5 M-F. Supporting the techs some Saturdays but not in the office.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HVAC technicians and service staff.
- Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
- Oversee day-to-day service operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, and profitability of the service and sales departments.
- Develop and implement service agreements, pricing strategies, and upsell opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to set long-term business goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of HVAC industry experience with at least 5 in a leadership/management role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service operations, and sales strategies.
- Proven success in growing sales revenue and managing service teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
