Role Overview

Provide day-to-day support for TM1 applications used in compensation planning and PIB revenue reporting.
Monitor and troubleshoot TM1 processes to ensure smooth BAU operations.
Review and analyze existing TM1 code to document compensation planning workflows and logic.
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to clarify process flows and reporting requirements.
Maintain documentation for TM1 models, including business rules, data flows, and integration points.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within existing TM1 setups.
