*Have responsibility for general legal matters, including commercial legal advice and contracts, in support of the GEC segment of company, which includes parcel logistics, fulfillment and related services, and cross-border e-commerce transactions for some of the world's largest retailers and marketplaces. *Be responsible for supporting other corporate functions or business units as may be requested from time to time. *Draft, review and negotiate complex agreements, both U.S.-based and with international partners and clients, including structuring and negotiating global master agreements with Fortune 100 companies, parcel logistics and fulfillment agreements, complex licensing and services agreements, web-based terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements and various other types of agreements. $180000-$200000
