*Report directly to the Vice President & Deputy General Counsel. *Manage both offensive and defensive commercial, employment and insured claims and litigated matters. *Formulate and drive strategy on pending and threatened claims and litigation. *Supervise and partner with outside counsel to ensure that all aspects of legal representation of the Company are of the highest quality and provide day-to-day management of all aspects of matters, including strategic and tactical decision-making and critical review of written work product. $160,000 - $200,000
