JOB DETAILS : - Regular, part-time (24 hours/week)
- Hours 8am-5pm, Tuesday - Thursday
- Desired start date: January 1, 2026
- Onsite, Clarkston, MI 48348
- Starting pay: $14 - $18/hour ( depending on education and/or years of experience )
- NOTE: This position does NOT qualify for US VISA Sponsorship or relocation assistance
Requirements : - You must be 18 years or older
- CDA (Child Development Associate) certificate or working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field ( preferred )
- Ability to pass background screening including fingerprinting
- Have reliable transportation
- Prior experience as a Nanny or with Infants in the classroom setting ( preferred )

RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Assistant Infant Teacher, you will provide exceptional care and education for young children from 8 months to 1 year of age. You will collaborate with and support the Lead Infant Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants. At
Heartfelt Impressions , we use the High Scope curriculum in all classrooms.
- Ensures overall safety of children
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans based on individual student’s needs and interests
- Implement High Scope curriculum, philosophy, and assessment tools
- Comply with licensing rules, regulations, and procedures
- Attend company/school meetings
- Ensure the classroom is engaging and developmentally age appropriate
- Ensure cleaning tasks are completed
- Physically able to lift 15 pounds
