We are seeking an experienced Infectious Disease Doctor to join our state-of-the-art multi-specialty clinic in Sarasota, FL. This new facility features 15 modern exam rooms and is equipped with the latest medical technology. Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with infectious diseases, including bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections.
- Provide specialized care for complex and chronic infectious diseases, including HIV, tuberculosis, and other emerging infections.
- Conduct preventive care, screenings, and vaccinations for at-risk populations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on medical history, clinical findings, and test results.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on infection prevention, safe practices, and treatment adherence.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the field of infectious diseases.
Schedule / Additional Info
- Set your own schedule and manage patient volume.
- Clinic provides facilities, equipment, supplies, nursing, technical and administrative staff, scheduling, billing, IT, radiology, physical therapy, lab, and marketing services.
Requirements
- M.D. from a US-accredited institution.
- Board Certified in Infectious Disease.
- Unrestricted Florida licensure (or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure).
- Current DEA registration with full prescriptive authority (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum of two years of post-residency clinical experience in infectious disease preferred.
- Bilingual (any language) preferred.
- Interest in providing concierge services preferred.
