Responsibilities:
Manage and update client insurance accounts.
Assist clients with policy changes and renewals.
Provide information and guidance on various insurance products and services.
Process insurance claims and provide follow-up support for clients.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Prior experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.
Property & Casualty license.
Life & Health license.
This is a remote position.
