Licensed Nursing Home Administrator needed for Skilled Nursing Center in Daly City, CA for a 30–60-day Interim NHA assignment starting Dec 17, 2025. JOB SUMMARY: Vital Care Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit. As a nursing home administrator, you are responsible for the overall management of the facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Financial Management
- Quality Management
- Human Resource Management
- Physical Plant Management
- Marketing & Community Relations
- Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.
EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE: - Required: Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in California
- Preferred: Two years’ experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
