Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join their team in Alexandria, LA. This position offers a competitive compensation package and benefits, including malpractice coverage, retirement options, and medical, dental, & vision benefits. The ideal candidate will be BE/BC in FM or IM and will have the opportunity for mentorship or collegiality. Visa sponsorship is available. Key Responsibilities

• Come in and be busy from day 1
• Talented experienced advanced practice provider support and referral network
• Competitive compensation and benefits package

• There is a demand there in Alexandria for an additional PC based on data support/research put onto waiting patient base/demographics of surrounding area
• New grads looking for Mentorship or experienced physicians looking for collegiality
• Visa Sponsorship H1 and J1
• Can sponsor Visas without falling under cap because of being part of DRA (Delta Regional Authority)
• Talented experienced advanced practice provider support
• They work in a dyad structure where there is a physician lead and someone from admin who in tandem work with the VP of operations to ensure physician's voice is heard

Schedule and Shift Details

• Monday- Thursday: 8 am- 5 pm, Friday: 8-12 (can do admin duties from 1-5 on Fridays)

Qualifications

Required

• Doctorate degree
• Valid Medical Doctor (MD) in Louisiana (LA)
• Valid Board Certified
