ILP Service Navigator
Responsibilities: Service Navigators support families who have a family member with an Intellectual Disability. Supports include, but are not limited to, case management, accessing generic services, assessing needs, developing Family Support Plans, and providing information and referral. The International Language Program (ILP) is a program for families whose primary language is not English or Spanish. Families in the program speak a variety of languages including Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Arabic and Nepalese. Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in one of these languages. Must have valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Required Trainings/Skills: Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities required. Must be bilingual in one of the languages mentioned above.
