EMR Training: Module (learn lessons): Must be completed prior to first day; EMR Onsite training: only able to attend if modules are completed before training. Will be scheduled for onsite EMR training if modules are completed the morning of their first day.

BC (Interventional Cardio)
Active DEA
At least 2 yrs of experience
Must be available for dates listed to be considered for ongoing dates.
Must acknowledge/understand the EMR training requirements.
Clean record (preferred) or Selfinquiry NPDB report is required.
