Investment Banking Associate
Our client is a leading finance firm in Boston seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the position of Investment Banking Associate. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience working within either the industrials, consumer or commercial sectors coming from a competitive firm.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree from a top 20 university.
Experience:
* Minimum three (3) years experience with investment banking services.
* Must have previous exposure to sell-side transactions.
Skills:
* Strong analytic skills required to create financial models that highlight key business metrics and drivers.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong presentation abilities are essential/.
Responsibilities:
The successful applicant would be responsible for but not limited to;
* Creating complex valuation analysis using various methodologies such as discounted cash flow modeling techniques etc.
* Developing pitch books including company overviews & industry landscapes highlighting competitive positioning,
growth prospects among others.
