Title : Investment Banking Associate

Location : Denver, CO

Company Summary : We are currently partnered with a very well established, high performing boutique Investment Bank that specializes in the Industrials sector looking to add an Investment Banking Associate to their team in Denver, CO. This individual will have the opportunity to gain extensive hands on M&A experience within market adverse subsectors that consistently perform well in the market while enjoying the unparalleled work life balance this firm offers.

The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:

• Conducting market research and staying abreast of industry trends across the market
• Assisting senior leadership in deal execution
• Building financial models and creating pitch decks and marketing materials for both new and existing clients
• Assisting in training and mentoring Analysts on the team

The Investment Banking Associate should have:

• At least 2 years of Investment Banking experience (preferably in the Industrials sector, but not required)
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field
• Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Currently located or direct ties/able to relocate to Denver, CO
