Title : Investment Banking Associate
Location : Richmond, VA
Company Summary : We are currently partnered with a specialty boutique Investment Bank based out of Richmond, VA looking to add an Associate to their active team. This Investment Bank specializes in the Education & Training sector and has been very successful in the space. This individual will have the opportunity to work in a unique industry vertical and gain deep, transferable knowledge.
The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:
- Working closely with senior leadership on the execution of M&A transactions throughout the life cycle of the deal
- Conducting market research and analysis in order to stay abreast of relevant industry trends
- Assisting in the training and mentoring of Analysts on the team
- Conducting due diligence, building financial models, putting together marketing materials, and being involved in client interactions
The Investment Banking Associate should have:
- At least 2 years of Investment Banking experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Ability to relocate or currently located in Richmond, VA
- A passion or interest in the Education & Training sector
