Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Execution: Lead the execution of M&A transactions, including managing deal processes, conducting due diligence, and preparing transaction documents.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support M&A transactions, including valuations, forecasts, and market assessments.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and addressing their needs throughout the transaction process.
  • Market Research: Conduct industry and company research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential acquisition targets within the tech/SaaS sectors.
  • Presentation Preparation: Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials to clients and potential investors.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers and other team members to ensure seamless execution of transactions and high-quality client service.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on the technology and SaaS sectors.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the tech/SaaS industry, market trends, and transaction processes.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CFA or Series 7/63 licenses are a plus.
