Effectively manage all Irrigation Crews to produce and perform work in a safe and efficient manner, while exceeding customer expectations in quality and service. The irrigation team will act as its own division while collaborating with construction and maintenance divisions to deliver premium product to our client base.
Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Four-year College or University program degree or certificate; or four (or more) years related experience and/or training.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Managerial occupation. Minimum 3 years of experience in Landscape Water Management Operations preferred. Strong effective communication skills. Time management skills. Must have a valid driver’s license, and an insurable driving record. Computer skills, creative problem solving, personnel management, organization, and customer service skills/experience preferred.Bilingual -Spanish a plus.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50lbs on a regular and consistent basis, move about the work site. Requires extended periods of activity including, walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting, up to 100% of a workday.
Work Environment: Exposed to exterior elements (i.e., pollen, chemicals, cold and heat etc.). External environment with all weather and terrain exposure.
