Responsibilities:
- Oversee irrigation operations, manage teams, and engage with clients.
- Train and develop staff, maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Expand service offerings and work towards strategic company goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the landscape industry, with 7+ years in irrigation.
- Valid FL Driver’s License and relevant certifications.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
