About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial irrigation operations, including scheduling, personnel, and client relationships.
- Train and develop a high-performing irrigation team, emphasizing safety and quality standards.
- Proactively sell irrigation services to expand the company's client base.
- Collaborate with management to optimize operations and achieve strategic goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of green industry experience.
- 7+ years of irrigation-specific experience.
- Valid TX Driver’s License and TX Irrigation License.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
