Irrigation Manager (Landscape Operations)
For more than 40 years, Sunrise Landscape, a commercial landscape maintenance, design and installation company, has been serving West Central Florida with a commitment to landscape and service excellence. We are growing and have a great opportunity for an Irrigation Manager to join our Team. This role will lead a team of Irrigation Specialists while supervising and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our clients' needs. This team member will report to the General Manager of a branch and/or region.
Sunrise Landscape has multiple locations throughout Florida and this role will be located in the Greater Tampa area of Pinellas Park, FL
What You Will Do:
- Deliver and maintain exceptional client relationships for a portfolio of commercial landscape customers through service delivery of irrigation services.
- Organize, supervise, lead, and motivate all field irrigation staff.
- Streamline process and procedures through the ASPIRE software system.
- Conduct field inspections ensuring efficiency and department profitability.
- Assist Account Managers in product knowledge, auxiliary sales and system operations.
- Manage Aspire software schedule, logs and work tickets daily.
- Ensure inventory control management.
- Support team members with in-field training.
- Partner with Safety Manager to ensure a safe and secure environment through ongoing communication and training.

What You Bring To Us:
- Minimum of 3 years' of Irrigation experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Previous management/leadership experience of a team is required.
- Familiarity with Aspire software a plus!
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Additional Information:
- Work will be done both inside as well as outside, depending on task and in southern climates
- Division works Monday – Friday with the possibility of work on Saturdays depending on season and the workload.
- Salary will commensurate with experience but will range between $80,000-90,000 annually.
