We are seeking an Irrigation Supervisor at our Reynoldsburg location to coach and mentor irrigation technicians while providing hands on irrigation service and install to our clients. The Irrigation Supervisor will spend 70% of their time in the field helping to problem solve system issues, installing new systems/controllers, and coaching fellow team members. The remaining time will be spent on administrative duties and materials ordering. The goal of this role is to help grow the Irrigation Department revenue, expand our client base, and this role promoted into a full management position. This role will be involved in Snow Operations during the winter months.
