I'm looking for a Recruiter to join my team at MARS Solutions Group - someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help us find top talent across IT, manufacturing, and supply chain industries. This is a mid-level role - perfect for someone with solid agency experience who can own their pipeline and confidently manage the full recruitment process.
What You'll Do:
- Full-cycle recruiting (source -> screen-> submit-> hire)
- Source and manage your candidates
- Lead intake calls with hiring managers
- Work across IT, manufacturing, and supply chain roles
- Use multiple CRM/ATS tools
- Build strong candidate and client relationships
- What You Bring (Must-Haves):
- 2+ years of agency recruiting experience
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting
- Proven sourcing skills - you're resourceful, fast, and relentless
- Must have recruited in IT, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Experience with multiple CRM and ATS platforms
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
