Padel Haus is a premium padel club dedicated to promoting the sport of padel, health, and wellness. We opened our first club in 2022 in Brooklyn, NYC and now operate 3 padel facilities in New York City.  Padel is a racquet sport that blends elements of tennis and squash. It is typically played in doubles on an enclosed court about half the size of a tennis court, with walls that can be used during play. This offers a fun, social, and accessible way to stay active and improve fitness. Padel Haus brings a modern and premium touch to the padel experience by offering world-class facilitites to create a community of players, and support active, health-conscious lifestyles.

In addition to its padel courts, Padel Haus operate a café called Juice Haus , catering to health-conscious players and visitors. Juice Haus complements the club's focus on wellness by offering nutritious, fresh juices, smoothies, and snacks. The café serves as a place where members and guests can relax before and after games, refuel with healthy food options, and socialize in a vibrant, community-oriented atmosphere. 

We are aiming to open our club in October 2024, just a few weeks away. We are seeking part-time Juice Haus Barista to join our team in Nashville. As a Juice Haus Barista, you’ll play a key role in creating refreshing and energizing beverages for our members and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare delicious juices, smoothies, coffee drinks and food items that align with our commitment to health and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cold pressed juices, smoothies, other beverages, sandwiches, and food items according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences and dietary needs.
• Monitor inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients and communicate with management to restock supplies as needed.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and cleanliness, and comply with all applicable food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a health-focused or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of juicing techniques, coffee preparation methods, and food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with ability to engage effectively with members and guests.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness in both beverage and food preparation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. (We will NOT consider candidates without a valid US working visa, green card or US passport).
