**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Lead Digital Product Owner/Manager to support Core Banking Deposits Technology. The right candidate for this role will be able to quickly orient to team-of-teams level product demands, applying human centered design in all areas - setting vision, championing the customer, building the roadmap, leading refinement, value-based prioritization, and delivering with speed & quality. **In this role, you will:** + Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact + Act as key participant in large-scale planning + Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area + Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors + Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements + Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives + Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals + Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + 5+ years of financial product management knowledge, with direct experience in leading technology products in these domains + 5+ years of experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and collaboration tools, such as Confluence and Jira + 5+ years of knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery + Experience navigating complex technical integrations during refinement and prioritization + Familiarity with SAFe and LeSS + Experience with human centered design principles + Strong dependency management skills + Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership + Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment + Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking products **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
