Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems across residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installs and repairs.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to enhance system performance.
- Recharge refrigerants and maintain optimal system pressure levels.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding system conditions and solutions.
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain high standards of safety and craftsmanship.
Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC service and installation.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills across a variety of systems.
- Knowledge of building codes and HVAC safety regulations.
- Experience working independently in the field and within team environments.
- Ability to design HVAC systems is a plus.
- Must possess EPA 608. Certifications for OSHA 30, and OSHA 40 (SST) is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Queens Village, NY 11428 prior to start.
