Job Description
We are looking for a fully remote Licensed Counselor (Spanish speaking preferred) to join our Miami, FL location. TBAC Group is not a traditional group psychology practice in that we operate in a clinic setting and are all full-time W-2 employees with full benefits, Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends) on a collaborative team. With over 20 full-time counselors, we educate, collaborate, and assist one another with cases and consultation and are very team-oriented. The full-time position consists of 30 open clinical hours weekly, based on your own schedule (no weekends allowed). Sessions for the Miami location are virtual. Monthly team meetings are virtual. Mandatory quarterly team meetings are at our office in Miami.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality mental health services to adult and child clients, being open to seeing all age groups.
- Thoroughly document patient encounters and progress according to policy requirements.
- Engage in monthly meetings with the Clinical Manager at your Miami location.
- Attend quarterly company meetings led by the CEO.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with fellow staff members.
- Utilize individual strengths to enrich the quality of client care.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Florida license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
- Physical location must be Miami, FL, or within a short driving distance to attend mandatory quarterly in-person meetings.
- Required to have 30 clinic hours available weekly.
- Must be open to professional development and learning opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Demonstrated dedication to providing high-quality care.
