Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Customs Broker to join our team. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals passionate about facilitating U.S. pet imports, ensuring smooth customs processes, and providing expert guidance to clients navigating international shipping requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with understanding and navigating customs requirements and processes by preparing and submitting necessary documents, calculating tariffs and duty payments, and tracking shipments.
Ensure all government-required forms and information (for both U.S. and international imports) are compliant and properly submitted to the relevant parties.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally, providing excellent service.
Educate clients on customs regulations, international tariffs, shipping restrictions, and insurance requirements to ensure they meet all necessary compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to pursue new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
Stay up-to-date on all import regulation changes and updates, working closely with Customs to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and business operations.
Required Qualifications:
Must currently hold an active U.S. Customs Broker License.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, cross-functional work environment.
Quick to learn and adapt to new software systems and tools.
Willingness to sign a non-compete/non-disclosure agreement.

Salary: $ 55,000.00 Per Year
