We are expanding our life insurance agency.  We are looking for determined Sales Agents to join our expanding sales team. No experience? No worries, we work with individuals of all experience levels, from zero sales background to seasoned sales agents. We have a supportive and innovative system to help you thrive here.  

Customer service is at the heart of our business. Our clients provide us with their information and rely on us to contact them regarding one of our life insurance products. As an agent, you will guide clients through the initial reach-out call to the policy issuing process. Due to the high demand for our products, we seek compassionate individuals to keep pace in this thriving industry. Obtaining and maintaining relationships is our ultimate goal.  Whether you want to build an agency or focus on being a career producer. There is a path for you. We provide you with the training you need to obtain one. This is a position where you work from home, but never alone.    

   Qualifications:    

• Have a General Life & Health License or be willing to obtain one   
• Have excellent communication skills 
• Be comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone/zoom   
• Be coachable and have a professional mindset   
• Basic computer knowledge 
• Able to work independently 

Responsibilities:   

• Contacting and maintaining a professional relationship with the client   
• Set appointments with clients  
• Go over recommendations with clients
• Take & submit online applications on behalf of the client   
• Follow up with the application until policy resolution is   
• Attend weekly virtual calls  
• Explain to the client once the policy is approved   
• Maintain stellar interpersonal skills
