Requirement: You MUST have a real estate license for this commissioned position.
We are in need of our next great Rental Agent. The ideal candidate can seek out potential clients and turn them into actual customers. You should be knowledgeable in the local real estate market including neighborhoods, school districts, and zoning ordinances.

Offices in Burleson & Glen Rose, TX
Responsibilities:
- Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal
- Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
- Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
- Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems
- Familiar with leasing regulations
