Requirements - Litigation Attorney

• Licensed by The Florida Bar, in good standing.
• Court, hearings, and mediation experience.
• Trial experience a plus.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Client service abilities.
• 5+ years of Florida litigation experience.
• The ability to delegate to paralegals.
• Accurate and timely billing, time management, and attention to other administrative matters.
