🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners.
✅ Educate borrowers on loan options, interest rates, and financing strategies.
✅ Tailor mortgage solutions to fit each client’s financial goals—because no two mortgages are the same.
✅ Work closely with our processing and underwriting teams to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process.
✅ Stay up to date on industry trends, lending guidelines, and innovative loan programs.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Licensed Loan Officer with at least 1 year of experience in mortgage origination or a minimum or 3 years in the broker space for remote workers.
🔹 Strong ability to connect, educate, and build trust with clients.
🔹 Knowledge of various loan products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and non-QM loans.
