What You'll Be Doing:

Proactively marketing and selling credit and related services.
Creating networking and prospecting strategies.
Originating home, recreational land, and home site loans.
Gathering income and verifying financials.
Determining appropriate loan programs and terms.
Working with credit and processing teams to secure loan approvals.
Acting as a liaison between clients and internal/external parties.
Maintaining client relationships through frequent interactions.
Providing formal group presentations and information workshops.
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
NMLS registration (required).
Understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective sales skills.

Base Pay: $46,400—$51,500 USD
Work Location: Sun Prairie, Johnson Creek, or Fond du Lac, WI (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 185,389.00 Per Year
