About Us
The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. The company's main customer is IKEA. Today we are looking for Maintenance Technician/Mechanic who will diagnose and repair electrical faults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs and improvements.
- Prepare instructions for equipment management, work, safety and health, TPM and other instructions.
- Ensure compliance with quality management and environmental standards and requirements in their work.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician/Mechanic or in a similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
