What Youll Do

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns for brand awareness recruitment and client growth.
• Oversee social media accounts (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn) to grow engagement and visibility.
• Create branded content from digital ads and videos to event collateral and newsletters.
• Manage email marketing sequences and automation using CRM tools like HighLevel.
• Coordinate events and webinars to support recruiting and community outreach.
• Analyze campaign results and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
• Collaborate with creative vendors and internal teams to execute campaigns on time and on budget.

What Were Looking For

• 25 years of marketing experience (insurance or financial services a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing social media and content creation.
• Skilled in Canva Meta Business Suite Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Excellent writing editing and communication skills.
• Creative detail-oriented and highly organized multitasker.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred.
