Job Description

We seek a passionate Marketing Manager to lead our integrated marketing efforts. You will design and execute cutting-edge campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales across multiple channels. As a key member of our team, you will own the full marketing lifecycle from strategy to implementation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual marketing plans and campaigns to support business goals
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all initiatives
- Manage relationships with agency partners and oversee the production of all creative assets
- Optimize digital marketing strategies, including paid search, social media, email, and web
- Track and report performance metrics such as leads, website traffic, and ROI to gauge success
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and industry best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate marketing with sales, product, and customer success teams

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience at a technology company
- Proven track record of executing integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase revenue
- Expertise in digital marketing tools like analytics, CRM, social media, and paid advertising platforms
- Solid organizational, budget management, and project management skills
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage vendors, agencies, and collaborative projects
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize strategies
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US without a work permit

- Preference to someone who knows the Arizona market
