Job Summary: The Medical Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical office, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support to healthcare providers and staff. This role involves managing office staff, coordinating schedules, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate and optimize office schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience in office management and staff supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
