Compensation Structure:
Base Pay of $18/hour plus commission
Commission rates increase based on sales volume
Weekly commission payouts with no chargebacks

Requirements:
Sales-driven with a passion for helping others
Ability to understand and convey the benefits of various healthcare products
Proven sales experience preferred but not required
Active Health/Life License in Florida (02-15 license) required, or willingness to obtain
Responsibilities:
Educate and enroll individuals in healthcare plans
Utilize inbound leads to connect with potential clients
Achieve daily sales objectives with the support of your team
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 6 PM with 1-hour lunch break
