Your Role:
Client Champion: Guide clients through the mortgage process, from application to closing, and help them find the best loan for their needs.
Mortgage Maven: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide expert advice and negotiate the best terms for your clients.
Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals to expand your network and referral base.
Qualifications:
Mortgage Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage lending or origination.
NMLS License: Active NMLS or National Association of Mortgage Broker license.
Loan Knowledge: Deep understanding of various loan products, funding sources, and the mortgage process.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in loan origination software and MS Office.
People Person: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
