Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the mortgage process, from application to closing.
Research and negotiate competitive rates to find the best mortgage options for clients.
Build strong relationships with real estate agents and other industry professionals.
Stay up-to-date on mortgage industry trends and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth closing experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage lending or origination.
Active NMLS license.
Strong understanding of various mortgage products and loan processes.
