### Compensation
- Competitive yearly salary ranging from $225,000 to $250,000.
### Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with real estate agents, underwriting departments, mortgage professionals, and closing agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Research and negotiate competitive mortgage rates and terms to find the ideal mortgage products for potential borrowers.
- Efficiently manage and convert live inbound leads to grow your client base.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and bankers.
- Stay informed about current lending rate sheets and the latest trends in the mortgage industry.
- Submit application files to lenders on behalf of homeowners, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate processes with mortgage professionals, including processors, account executives, and realtors.
- Educate clients on various loan products, funding sources, and the buying or refinancing process, empowering them to make informed decisions.
### Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in real estate law, banking, finance, business administration, or economics is preferred.
- Current NMLS licensure or certification from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers is required.
- Strong knowledge of the loan process from origination to closing and familiarity with various loan products.
- Proficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
