In this role, you'll provide personalized guidance to clients, helping them find the best mortgage solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and offer mortgage solutions that best suit their needs.
Educate clients on various mortgage options, rates, and terms, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their decisions.
Assist clients through the entire mortgage application process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all required documents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate agents to ensure a smooth loan process.
Stay up to date on mortgage industry trends, regulations, and market conditions, offering relevant advice and insights.
Manage a pipeline of mortgage applications, providing regular updates and keeping clients informed of progress.
Provide exceptional customer service, aiming to foster long-term relationships, repeat business, and client referrals.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in mortgage lending or a related financial field.
Strong knowledge of a variety of mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficient in mortgage software and other digital tools, with strong computer skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Active NMLS license is required.
