We are looking for a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and guide them through the mortgage process, helping them secure the best financing options for their goals. Your expertise will play a key part in making homeownership dreams a reality.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with clients to assess their financial needs and provide personalized mortgage solutions.
Educate clients on various mortgage options, helping them understand rates, terms, and features of different loan types.
Assist clients throughout the mortgage application process, ensuring all documents are submitted accurately and on time.
Build strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth loan experience.
Stay informed about current mortgage trends, regulations, and market conditions, offering relevant advice to clients.
Manage a pipeline of mortgage applications, providing regular updates and clear communication to clients.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience and encouraging future referrals.
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in mortgage lending or a similar financial role.
In-depth knowledge of different mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
Excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Comfort using mortgage software and technology, with solid computer proficiency.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Active NMLS license is required.
