Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional who is both a licensed realtor and a mortgage loan originator (MLO) to join our growing team. This role allows you to leverage your expertise in both real estate and mortgage lending, earning commissions on conventional, FHA, and VA loans in addition to the realtor commission from your real estate office.
Key Responsibilities:
Obtain all necessary documentation required for processing mortgage loans.MortgageUSA
Work with mortgage loan prospects and manage their applications from start to finish.
Option to pass on mortgage loan prospects to another licensed MLO for processing, if preferred.
Collaborate with a lender's loan processing department or a third-party processing company for smooth loan completion.
Bring creativity and innovative thinking to problem-solving in this role.
Job Requirements:
Active NMLS mortgage license required.
Dual-licensed realtors must have an active real estate license in the State of Florida.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle client interactions professionally and efficiently.
Compensation:
Earning potential through both realtor and mortgage loan commissions.
Lower mortgage loan commission split option available for realtors who prefer to refer loan prospects to another MLO for processing.
