Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Atlanta, GA (Onsite: First month 5 days/week, then 3-4 days/week)

Job Description:

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure solutions across multiple locations. The role requires hands-on experience with routing, switching, and Cisco technologies and an ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.

The candidate must be able to work onsite full-time for the first month and transition to a hybrid model (3-4 days onsite per week) thereafter .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support network security and compliance.
• Monitor network performance and implement enhancements.
• Document network configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in network automation and scripting for optimization.
• Provide escalation support for complex network-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
