Job Description

Position: Registered Nurse - Dialysis, Chronic

Start Date: 2/17/2025

Duration: 8 weeks with the possibility of extending

Location: Dobbs Ferry, NY, 10522

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 8

Shift Notes: Monday through Friday. 8:15a-4:15 pm 40 hrs Guarantee

Weekend Requirements: None/ Holidays as needed

On-Call Requirements: None

COVID Vaccination: COVID vaccinations are encouraged, but not required.

Traveler Policy: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)

Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric

EMR: Crown Web

Dress Code: Will provide black scrub tops. Scrub bottoms: Personal scrubs of any color

No RTO is allowed since this is a shorter assignment.

NXStage EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. PLEASE NOTE ON SUBMISSION AS IT MAY CAUSE A DELAY IF NOT PROVIDED.

Submission Requirements

• 1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis Experience - Required
• Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required
• Geriatric patient experience - Required
• NXStage Dialysis Machine experience Required - Please note experience on submission
• CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED
• Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
• BSN - Preferred

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile

Certification Requirements

• BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

• New York

Additional License Requirements

• Must be in hand upon submission
